NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS
A vote is to be taken to amend and ratify Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Mutunga Charter and Maruehi Fisheries Limited constitution for compliance with the Māori Fisheries Amendment Act 2024 and the updated Māori Fisheries Act 2004, and related updates.
· All registered iwi members aged 18 and over are eligible to vote;
· For whānau who are not registered, registration forms may be downloaded from the Rūnanga website – www.ngatimutunga.iwi.nz;
· Voting will close at the end of the SGM.
To cast your vote, members may use the post-paid reply envelope to the Chief Returning Officer, place the voting paper in the wāhi pōti, or (for certain resolutions) vote electronically via the Electionz website.
